Hanni: Learn Korean Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Hanni: Learn Korean. Hanni: Learn Korean is published by Maxi Ruti. We designed the app to collect as little information as possible.
Information we don't collect
We don't ask for your name, email address, or phone number. We don't access your contacts, and we don't track your precise GPS location.
Accounts
Hanni: Learn Korean doesn't require an account, password, or sign-in. You can start using it right away.
Where your data is stored
We store your Hanni: Learn Korean data on your device. If you use iCloud on iPhone or iPad, the app's data can sync between your own devices through your iCloud account. On Android, your device may include the app's data in a backup to your Google account if Android backup is turned on. We don't run servers that hold your data, and you can manage or delete synced data and backups in your device settings. Apple encrypts iCloud data, and it is end-to-end encrypted only if you turn on Advanced Data Protection.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple or Google processes all payments, so we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check your purchase status using an anonymous app user ID. You can restore purchases inside the app. If you have a subscription, you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
Advertising (free version)
The free version of Hanni: Learn Korean shows ads from Google AdMob. Depending on your consent choice, AdMob may collect device identifiers, ad interactions, coarse location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic data. You can change your consent at any time in Settings > Privacy > Update Ad Consent. Upgrading to Premium turns off all ad requests.
Notifications
Hanni: Learn Korean may ask for permission to send local notifications, such as reminders. We schedule them on your device. We don't see whether you open them, and we don't track how long you use the app.
Children
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. If you believe a child has given us information, email contact@maxiruti.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can delete your Hanni: Learn Korean data in the app settings or by uninstalling the app. If you live in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another region with similar privacy laws, you can also ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Email contact@maxiruti.com, and we may ask you to verify your identity first.
Security
Your data is protected mainly by your device. We recommend using a passcode or biometric lock and keeping your operating system up to date.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
