By downloading or using Meleve: Before I Leave List, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the app.
Intellectual property
Meleve: Before I Leave List, including its design, text, code, graphics, and trademarks, belongs to Maxi Ruti. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
One-time purchases
Some features are unlocked with a one-time purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play handles the payment under its own terms. Purchases are non-refundable except where the store's policy or applicable law allows a refund. You can restore a purchase from within the app.
Acceptable use
Please don't copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer Meleve: Before I Leave List, don't use it for anything unlawful, and don't try to get around its purchase checks or access features you haven't paid for.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Meleve: Before I Leave List is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxi Ruti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
