Agreement to these terms
By downloading or using Merame: Match Cut Video Editor, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the app.
Intellectual property
Merame: Match Cut Video Editor, including its design, text, code, graphics, and trademarks, belongs to Maxi Ruti. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
One-time purchases
Some features are unlocked with a one-time purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play handles the payment under its own terms. Purchases are non-refundable except where the store's policy or applicable law allows a refund. You can restore a purchase from within the app.
Subscriptions
Some features are available through an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.
Acceptable use
Please don't copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer Merame: Match Cut Video Editor, don't use it for anything unlawful, and don't try to get around its purchase checks or access features you haven't paid for.
